I own a handyman business, and I'm on my feet all day, 6 days a week. From the time I received my boots, I've worn them, and they are fantastic.... except for one thing. Who thought it would be a good idea to use yarn for shoe laces? Whoever it was, was 100% wrong. I dou le knot my boots so I don't wind up falling off scaffolding because the laces come untied. So when I get home, and try to u tie my boots, the yarn just frays and unravels, leaving a big fuzzy knot on my boots. Aside from that, the laces provided look absolutely ridiculous. I changed the laces, now using what an adult would use on their boots, and they are now the perfect boots.
Brown gives these a rugged everyday look that works with jeans and work pants. The cushioned interior feels comfortable on long errand days, and the mid-height cut gives my ankles a little extra coverage.
