Hinged Outdoor Cooking Basket - Emberflip
A hinged cooking basket designed to hold your food firmly over an open flame.
Turning small vegetables or delicate fish fillets on an open grill often results in food falling through the grates. Managing multiple pieces with standard tongs can also lead to uneven cooking and rushed timing. This hinged cooking basket addresses the issue by holding your ingredients firmly between two fine grids. A sliding ring on the stem holds the tool fully closed, allowing you to flip an entire meal in a single motion.
Why is this hinged outdoor cooking basket so popular?
- Effortless turning: Flip an entire batch of food in one quick motion rather than turning individual pieces.
- Reduced food waste: The closely spaced grid stops smaller ingredients from slipping into the hot coals.
- Comfortable handling: An extended handle lets you manage the cooking from a more comfortable distance.
- Secure closure mechanism: A simple sliding collar locks the two halves together to hold food securely.
- Versatile capacity: The spacious interior accommodates thick cuts of meat alongside smaller sliced vegetables.
